Administrative Support/Case Manager

MAJOR FUNCTION

The case manager will assess the financial needs of clients effected by COVID-19. Primary responsibility is to ensure adequate and accurate file processing according to federal guidelines. Duties include client intake, case management, and data management.

 

DESIRED OUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy required, with data management skills. Ability to organize work, assist clients, complete intake forms and work independently as well as part of a team. Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
