Job Title: Project Manager – Electrical Construction

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the electrical construction industry. The ideal candidate must have 10 to 15 years of hands-on electrical experience and a minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager role. Familiarity with Procore and TouchPlan software is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion.

• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

• Utilize Procore and TouchPlan to track project progress, documentation, and communication.

• Review and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Maintain strict adherence to budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards.

• Generate progress reports and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot on-site issues and collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve them efficiently.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of electrical field experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical construction industry.

• Proficiency with Procore and TouchPlan software is required.

• Strong blueprint reading and specification interpretation skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA 30, Journeyman Electrician license).

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
