What you'll get to do...

  • Plan and buy tactically across Video, Display & Social channels for reach and build Brand Awareness
  • Heavy experience in Brand Lift Testing
  • Day-to-day management of the media plans, including optimizing and budget tracking
  • Work closely with Brand team leaders to implement the right message, at the right time, to the right audience
  • Work with Omni Channel Sr Manager and analytics teams to develop performance reports on a regular cadence, and generate insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-based results
  • Develop and present internal reports and recommendations based on campaign results
  • Run A/B Testing
  • Explore and execute Experimentations
  • Keep up with the latest trends in media, and identify new tactics
  • Realize workflow and process procedures and ensure they are followed for successful campaign launches
  • Ensure that deadlines are met, including handling expectations internally
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommended in-market adjustments
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the channel leads to coordinate and report on campaign optimization actions

Your experience should include...

  • Minimum 5-yrs experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed-oriented and ability to proactively follow-up on projects and see them through completion
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly, prioritize varying demands, set deadlines, multi-task and learn new systems as needed
  • Strong collaborative and excellent communication and writing abilities
  • Preferred not required:
    • Understanding of Brand Lift Studies
    • Working knowledge of Social and Video platforms
    • Strong use of Excel
