**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive start to their dining experience.
- Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated effectively.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining tables, floors, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down of dining areas before and after service.
- IF REQUIRED - Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Work collaboratively with back-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold company standards by adhering to safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a bustling environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
