HR Admin Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Assist with HR-related documentation, including preparing/discarding documents working with vendors, onboarding materials, and employee records.
2. Recruitment Assistance: Help coordinate recruitment processes, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
3. Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
4. Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Team Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
6. Compliance: Assist with ensuring company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Event Coordination: Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
8. Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
9. Office Support: Assist with daily office tasks, including maintaining office supplies, organizing meeting rooms, decorating board, posting memos, ordering uniforms, water plants and preparing coffee/snacks for staff and visitors.
Qualifications:
· Education: Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus.
· Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
· Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
