We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Diesel Truck Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks for landfill operations. The ideal candidate will have experience driving diesel trucks and working in construction, landfill, or industrial environments. This role requires strong attention to safety protocols and the ability to navigate challenging terrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate diesel-powered trucks to transport waste and materials within the landfill site

• Haul debris and material to designated areas within the landfill

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety

• Maintain cleanliness and operational condition of assigned vehicle

• Follow site safety protocols, including use of PPE and compliance with all safety regulations

• Communicate with site supervisors and equipment operators to coordinate work

• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or delays promptly

Requirements:

• NO CDl required 

• Prior experience driving diesel trucks; landfill or construction experience is a plus

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and navigate rough terrain

• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance

• Must pass drug screening and background check
