Shift: Part time, Wed-Sat or Fri-Sat only.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions. Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, offering assistance and providing information about our delicious doughnut selections.
• Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments using POS systems, and provide correct change to customers.
• Order Processing: Efficiently and accurately ring up customer orders, ensuring that each transaction is completed with precision.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our doughnut varieties, special promotions, and any relevant updates to assist customers in making informed choices.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area clean and organized, and assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or issues with professionalism and escalate complex matters to the appropriate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Must pass criminal background check, I-9 verification (E-Verify), and drug screening (excluding marijuana).
• Must possess or be able to obtain ServSafe certification.
• Previous cash handling or cashier experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn about doughnut varieties and customer preferences.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
