We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Utility Worker/Food Service Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our food service environment. You will assist in various food preparation and serving duties, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize work areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils according to the established hygiene standards.

- Follow proper cleaning and disposal procedures for waste and garbage.

- Set up, clean, and maintain the self-service stations for customers, including condiments, silverware, and napkins.

- Assist in food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and slicing ingredients under the guidance of the chef or supervisor.

- Assist in the serving of food and beverages to customers.

- Collect and wash dishes, glasses, and silverware, ensuring their proper storage and availability.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, food, and beverage items, and inform supervisors of any shortages.

- Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a hygienic and organized food service environment.

- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and coworkers, resolving any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the restaurant or establishment at all times.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
