Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Prepare and serve menu items, snacks, and beverages according to established procedures
• Accurately operate the point-of-sale system and process cash and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand and surrounding work areas
• Restock supplies, food items, and packaging materials as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient service during busy periods
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks
• Willingness to follow instructions and learn standard operating procedures

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles
• Experience using a cash register or POS system
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
