Night Cook / $15 - $18 hr. BOE

Are you a culinary enthusiast with a passion for creating delicious meals during the nighttime hours? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NIGHT COOK to join our team. As a Night Cook, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing a variety of high-quality dishes in compliance with our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
- Adapt to new menu items or changes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Assist with inventory management and report shortages or low stock levels to the supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

Position Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cook or in a relevant culinary role.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Work during evening/night hours 5pm-1am / Monday - Thursday and alternating Fridays
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Food handler certification is preferred but not required.
